LeVitre Named Partner at Upperline Health

Nashville, TN (May 10, 2023) – Jason LeVitre, DPM, has been named partner at Upperline Health, the nation’s largest practice dedicated to lower extremity care. Dr. LeVitre is a physician and surgeon at Upperline Health’s Lake City and Starke, Florida locations.

In practice for over 14 years, Dr. LeVitre says, “I elected podiatry as a profession because of the prospect of helping people walk better. This desire was ignited after spending 2 years as a missionary in South America and seeing the devastating lower extremity problems that can happen to people without the proper care. I enjoy working for Upperline Health because they share the same vision for excellent foot care and limb preservation.”

Dr. Jason C. LeVitre, DPM has been in practice for 14 years and joined the Upperline team in 2021. He attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine and completed residency at Genesys Regional Hospital, followed by 7 years of practice in Wyoming before moving to Florida.
