About Dawn Jaquish

Dawn, FNP-C, MSN began her nursing career in a critical access hospital and skilled nursing facility, where she developed a strong foundation in elder care. Her passion for providing comprehensive, holistic care led her to advance her education and become a Nurse Practitioner.

Throughout her career, Dawn has served the Veteran community by conducting Compensation and Pension examinations for two years and continues to provide health examinations for active duty and reserve members across various military branches. She is deeply committed to nurturing and supporting those in her care, emphasizing compassionate, non-judgmental treatment that empowers patients to achieve their best possible state of health.

Dawn believes healthcare is a collaborative, team-based approach and prioritizes patient education to ensure individuals feel informed and confident in their care plans. She incorporates alternative modalities when appropriate and focuses on whole-person wellness to help patients reach optimal health outcomes.

Outside of clinical practice, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family—whether walking on the beach, visiting the park, or swimming in the springs. She loves exploring new places, especially state parks and natural springs, and isn’t afraid to get a little muddy riding ATV trails.
