About Warren Gabrillo

Warren Leck Gabrillo VI, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from the MSN-FNP program at United States University in San Diego, California in 2013. Before coming to the United States, Warren practiced as a physician in the Philippines, specializing in General Surgery and Primary Care. He began his U.S. nursing career in 2008 and spent 11 years working in the ICU at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, where he witnessed firsthand the outcomes of acute and chronic illnesses and developed a deep appreciation for early intervention and prevention.

Warren now practices in primary care, focused on the health and wellness of young and older adults, including patients managing chronic illnesses. His combined background as a physician and a critical care bedside nurse gives him a uniquely comprehensive clinical perspective, and his attention to detail and friendly, compassionate demeanor make him a trusted partner in his patients’ health journeys.

Outside of work, Warren loves to travel with family and friends, immersing himself in different cultures and connecting with people from all walks of life. This openness and curiosity for the world around him mirrors the warmth and attentiveness he brings to every patient encounter.
