About Vivarian Malcolm

Vivarian is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with four years of advanced practice experience and more than 10 years of nursing experience as a registered nurse. She has extensive experience providing care for adult patients in outpatient, post-acute, and home care settings.

As both a registered nurse and advanced practice provider, Vivarian is passionate about identifying and bridging gaps in care while helping patients optimize their overall health through education, preventive care, and patient empowerment. Her areas of expertise include internal medicine, preventive care, patient advocacy, and health promotion, with a strong focus on creating individualized, patient-centered treatment plans.

Known for her compassionate and collaborative approach, Vivarian is committed to supporting patients in making informed healthcare decisions and improving long-term wellness outcomes.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys domestic and international travel, hosting health fairs in Jamaica, cooking foods from a variety of cultures, and spending quality time with her toddler.
