Nurse Practitioner

Stephannie Goodrum is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and clinical research sub-investigator with more than 25 years of healthcare experience. Nationally certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed as an APRN in Kentucky, she brings extensive expertise in critical care, rural primary care, value-based care, and clinical research.

Stephannie has served in a variety of leadership and clinical roles, including critical care charge nurse, owner and operator of a rural health clinic, and primary care provider delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan. Her clinical focus includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education aimed at improving long-term health outcomes.

In addition to her clinical work, Stephannie has contributed to multiple Phase II and Phase III clinical trials involving autoimmune diseases as a sub-investigator. She has also participated in developing clinical protocols related to sepsis management, ventilator care, and cardiac rhythm interpretation. Her dedication to patient care and community impact has earned her the West Kentucky Star People’s Choice Award for Favorite Healthcare Provider on two occasions.

Stephannie is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, and Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA).

Outside of work, Stephannie enjoys reading, coffee, hiking, baking, and spending time with her husband and children.
