About Pamela Gray
Pamela Gray, AGPCNP, is a certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with 11 years of clinical experience spanning outpatient practice, long-term care, pain management, and psychiatric mental health. She has been a nurse practitioner with Upperline Plus since 2023, where she brings a holistic and compassionate approach to patient care that prioritizes education and shared decision-making. Pamela is an active member of the Central Alabama Nurse Practitioner Association, the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, and the American Nurses Association.
Her primary area of expertise is chronic disease management, and she is especially passionate about empowering patients and their families through meaningful dialogue and education. She believes that compassionate, informed care leads to better outcomes, and she strives to create partnerships with patients that support their long-term health and well-being.
Outside of work, Pamela enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. These connections—to literature, to new places, and to the people she loves—reflect the same spirit of curiosity and care she brings to her clinical practice.
