About Mary DeSario
Mary DeSario, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC, has been caring for patients for over 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samford University and became a Nurse Practitioner in 2009 after completing her Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida. Throughout her career, Mary has practiced in endocrinology, primary care, and geriatrics and home health, developing a personable, relationship-driven approach to care that puts patients at the center of every decision.
Mary’s clinical expertise is especially strong in endocrinology, with a particular focus on diabetes management. She works closely with her patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes while ensuring they remain active participants in their own care. Her emphasis on disease management and patient education reflects a belief that informed patients are empowered patients.
When she is not in the clinic, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, going to Disney World, and recently, tending to her garden. She brings the same joy and intentionality to family life that she delivers to her patients every day.
