About Kim Sarno
Kim Sarno, APRN, NP-C, FNP, began her professional career as a registered nurse in an intensive care unit, where she spent over a decade honing her clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. After earning her graduate degree as a nurse practitioner in family practice, she transitioned to internal medicine at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Palm Beach, Florida, gaining extensive hospital-based provider experience. She later discovered a strong passion for urgent care in Port Saint Lucie, where she expanded her skills in assessment, suturing lacerations, casting fractures, and managing a wide array of acute conditions.
Kim’s background in both intensive care and urgent care has sharpened her ability to see beyond what a patient reports—recognizing clinical signs that inform accurate and timely diagnoses. She now brings that same keen observational skill to her role as a telehealth provider with Upperline Health, where she is proud to have added yet another dimension to her already diverse clinical expertise.
Outside of work, Kim prioritizes time with her family and makes the most of weekends by taking her dogs to the dog park for some well-deserved socialization. She values the simple joys of connection—whether with patients, loved ones, or her four-legged companions.
