About Jane Chretien
With more than 27 years in healthcare, Jane has devoted her career to caring for others and serving her community. Her journey began as a Medical Assistant, and through years of hard work, dedication, and a passion for helping people, she advanced her career to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Along the way, she gained experience in a variety of settings, including pediatric and adult emergency care, the operating room, orthopedics, podiatry, gastroenterology, pulmonology, urology, and hospice. She began her healthcare career in a small critical access hospital in rural Wyoming, where she also worked in EMS — experiences that shaped her deep appreciation for compassionate, patient-centered care. Her clinical focus includes acute care.
Jane views healthcare as more than a career; it is a calling. She believes every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and respected, and she strives to meet patients where they are without judgment. Her goal is to partner with individuals and families on their health journey, providing support, education, and encouragement while helping them achieve their best possible quality of life. Known for her warm and approachable nature, Jane values building genuine relationships with her patients and creating a space where they feel comfortable and cared for.
Outside of work, Jane loves being outdoors and finds peace in nature. She also enjoys reading, learning new things, listening to music, watching football, and visiting museums, and hopes to spend more time traveling and exploring new places. She enjoys volunteering in her community and lending a hand for a good cause, and in her free time she loves creative outlets, including her ongoing attempts at bonsai trees. Above all, she values meaningful connections, quiet moments, and the simple joys of everyday life.
