About Dr. Florence Marcus

Dr. Florence Marcus is a dedicated podiatric physician and surgeon with extensive experience in general, geriatric, and diabetic foot care. She is passionate about improving patients’ foot health through compassionate, personalized care and welcomes patients of all backgrounds and ages.

Dr. Marcus earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology as an honors graduate of Morgan State University and was recognized as a Fulbright Scholar in Switzerland. She also pursued graduate studies through the Johns Hopkins University School of Continuing Studies. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Marcus went on to earn her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her podiatric surgical residency training through the Kennedy Memorial Hospital Systems–University Medical Center program in Stratford, Cherry Hill, and Washington Township, New Jersey.

Dr. Marcus has specialized training in Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT), microscopy, karyotyping, and fluorescent microscopy. She is committed to helping patients maintain mobility, comfort, and overall wellness through comprehensive foot and ankle care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Marcus enjoys theater, the arts, live music, concerts, festivals, fine dining, church activities, and following sports including football, tennis, basketball, and bowling.
