About Dr. Brent Ray
Brent Ray, DPM, is certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot in Kingsland, Georgia. Before medical school, Dr. Ray was a high school teacher and coached varsity football for eight years.
Dr. Ray received his undergraduate degree from Troy State University in Troy, Alabama, before earning his podiatric medicine doctorate from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. During his time in school, he was president of his class and an ambassador to the school.
Dr. Ray soon completed his surgical training at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, New England’s largest Catholic hospital, in Hartford, Connecticut. In addition to his intense surgical training, Dr. Ray provided health care to the underserved and uninsured population of the greater Hartford area at an inner-city medical and surgical clinic.
Outside of work, Dr. Ray Dr. Ray enjoys spending family time with his wife, Courtney, and their two children. He enjoys outdoor sports and activities, particularly fishing. He is passionate about football and a devoted fan of the University of Alabama Crimson Tide.
