Tobey Gilmore, FNP-C, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical background spanning 25 years in emergency care, occupational health, hospital leadership, urgent care, and primary care. For the past eight years, she has focused her practice in urgent care and primary care, with a deep commitment to patient-centered care that meets individuals where they are and supports their optimal quality of life and independence.

Tobey’s clinical approach draws on her extensive emergency and urgent care background to inform a practical, integrative style of medicine. She prioritizes finding long-term solutions for her patients’ concerns rather than addressing symptoms in isolation, and she is especially focused on supporting whole-person wellness and independence. Her breadth of experience across clinical settings gives her a unique ability to navigate complex patient presentations with calm and skill.

When she is not caring for patients, Tobey enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, hiking, and horseback riding. These pursuits reflect her appreciation for both adventure and the simple pleasure of being fully present with the people and activities she loves.
