About Dr. Andrew Messina
Andrew Messina grew up in the metro Detroit area and attended the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He subsequently completed his Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency training at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township, MI. During his residency, Andrew received comprehensive training in minimally invasive surgical procedures, wound care, reconstructive surgery, and everything in between, equipping him with a broad skill set to address diverse podiatric needs.
Following residency, Andrew worked for two years in the metro Detroit area, splitting his time between two clinics and a Wound Care and Amputation Prevention Center. His dedication to patient care extended to providing services at five separate hospitals, where he also contributed to the education and training of several residency programs. Andrew’s diverse experiences and commitment to advancing podiatric medicine have made him a respected figure in the field, known for his expertise and compassionate approach to patient care.
