About Rebecca Martens

Rebecca Martens, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than ten years of advanced practice experience and over twenty years of combined nursing and advanced practice experience. Her career spans primary care, urgent care, home-based medicine, long-term care, geriatrics, women’s health, and high-risk obstetrical emergency care, with extensive experience caring for medically complex patients with multiple chronic conditions. She is known for her strong clinical judgment, collaborative approach, and ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and believes that listening, compassion, and teamwork are the foundation of exceptional care. Throughout her career, Rebecca has also been committed to educating and mentoring others, serving as a clinical instructor and preceptor for physician assistant and nurse practitioner students while leading simulation training and quality improvement initiatives.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, volunteering in her community, and continually expanding her knowledge to provide the highest quality care to those she serves
