About Dr. Taylor Allison
Dr. Allison discovered an early passion for podiatric medicine after taking an aptitude test that pointed toward a career in healthcare. That early inspiration guided her academic path, leading her to complete her undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati before earning her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. She went on to complete her residency at Corewell Health Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where she gained comprehensive experience in both conservative and surgical management of foot and ankle conditions.
Dr. Allison treats a broad spectrum of foot and ankle conditions, including sports injuries, bunion and hammertoe deformities, ingrown toenails, diabetic foot care, and wound management. She provides individualized, evidence-based care with an emphasis on preserving function and improving quality of life. Known for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach, she values building lasting relationships and is committed to helping each patient achieve optimal outcomes through compassionate, high-quality care.
Outside of work, Dr. Allison enjoys expressing her creativity through balloon art, latch-hook, and crochet, and is an avid reader who especially enjoys novels by Stephen King. Most importantly, she cherishes time with her husband, two sons, and three cats.
