About Dr. Kathryn Cecere

Kathryn T. Cecere, DPM is a caring, passionate, and personable physician committed to caring for her patients. She is a well-rounded podiatrist who treats all conditions of the foot and ankle, both conservatively and surgically. Her interests are trauma, minimally invasive surgery, sports medicine, arthroscopy, diabetic wound care, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.

Dr. Cecere is originally from Laytonsville, Maryland. She received her undergraduate degree in Economics and Italian from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, where she played field hockey and golf. Dr. Cecere attended podiatry school at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Following podiatry school, she completed a three-year residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery and Reconstructive Rear foot and Ankle Surgery at the University of Florida Health in Jacksonville, FL. In her final year, she served as Chief Resident and was named the Most Outstanding Resident.

In her free time, Dr. Cecere enjoys running, going to the beach, reading, gardening, and baking. Her bucket list goal is to run a half or full marathon in all 50 states. She also enjoys volunteering at local road race events and is passionate about the Washington Capitals and Nationals and Duke Basketball. But most of all, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her sweet rescue cat, Sadie.

Dr. Cecere is excited and honored to be caring for the Orange Park community as a part of the Ankle & Foot Associates, LLC team.
