About Dr. Leakna Ung
Dr. Ung earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in the Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania and attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. She then went on to complete her podiatric medical and surgical training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia, PA. Her training was focused on forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle reconstruction, trauma, limb salvage, and total joint replacement.
Dr. Ung’s clinical interests are in elective reconstructive foot surgery, diabetic foot care, and sports medicine injuries. She strives to deliver comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate care to all her patients through both surgical and nonsurgical approaches.
