Grace Tsai, DPM

About Dr. Grace Tsai

Dr. Grace Tsai is a board-certified foot and ankle specialist in the San Diego area. Originally born and raised in New York, Dr. Tsai fell in love with San Diego while on a family vacation years prior. She earned her nursing and psychology degrees from Molloy College, where she graduated cum laude and was inducted into the National Honors Society in Nursing. She spent seven years as a critical care nurse before entering the medical field.

She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed a three-year surgical residency at Mount Sinai South Nassau in Long Island, New York, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year of residency. Dr. Tsai received comprehensive training in adult and pediatric foot and ankle issues, as well as adult and pediatric forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery, wound care and diabetic limb salvage, trauma, and sports medicine.

Her passion and special interests include wound care, fracture care, ligament sprains and ruptures, and reconstructive forefoot surgeries.

Dr. Tsai is a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

In her free time, Dr. Tsai enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her cat. Her hobbies include paddleboarding, hiking, and exploring all that San Diego has to offer.
