About Dr. Erum Jafry

Erum Jafry is a podiatric physician and surgeon with Upperline Healthcare, based in Melbourne, Florida. After completing her undergraduate education earning a Bachelor’s in neuroscience at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, she subsequently attended podiatric medical school at Kent State University’s College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. Dr. Jafry then went on to complete her surgical training at the Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan.

After completing her training, she worked in the Metro Detroit area. She is an American Board of Podiatric Medicine certified physician and surgeon. Throughout her training, she completed several post-graduate foot and ankle specialty courses on arthroscopy, trauma, fracture repair, and surgical reconstruction of the diabetic foot and ankle including limb salvage. She is trained in both foot surgery as well as reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery. She enjoys treating patients of all ages with various foot and ankle conditions. She has a passion and interest for various pathologies and will always look to exhaust all non-operative treatments before recommending surgical treatment for her patients when appropriate.

Dr. Jafry is fluent in Urdu and Hindi. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors exploring the unique activities available on the Space Coast. In her free time, she enjoys baking, crocheting, caring for animals, and spending time with her husband, two children, and cat.
