About Dr. Anita Misra Goulart

Dr. Anita Misra Goulart was raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Florida. She then attended Barry University in Miami Shores, receiving her Master’s and Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine degrees.

Dr. Misra Goulart attended her three-year reconstructive foot and ankle surgical residency in Hollywood, FL at Memorial Healthcare System. She gained extensive experience managing complex cases through rotations in the hospital’s level 1 trauma center, wound care clinic, pediatric hospital, and orthopedic surgical unit. Her training is in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, including cutting-edge, minimally invasive surgical techniques. This enables her to provide advanced care with quicker recovery times and less postoperative pain for her patients.

Dr. Misra Goulart served as chief resident in her final year, demonstrating leadership and excellence in patient care. She is well-versed in addressing congenital, degenerative, and traumatic conditions of the lower extremities, making her a highly skilled and compassionate podiatrist.

Dr. Misra Goulart enjoys traveling with her husband and spending quality time with her pets, a rescue dog, Pongo, and her cats.
