About Dr. Joseph Russo
Dr. Joseph Russo grew up in Rochester, New York. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1985 and received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1989. He then completed a two-year surgical residency in Baltimore, Maryland, from 1989 to 1991.
Following his residency, Dr. Russo joined Podiatry Associates in 1991, where he has been providing comprehensive podiatric care in the Baltimore area for more than three decades. His clinical expertise includes forefoot podiatric surgery and the full scope of podiatric services, with a particular emphasis on diabetic foot care.
Dr. Russo is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and brings extensive experience to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of foot and ankle conditions.
