Moon Named Partner at Upperline Health

Nashville, TN (May 2, 2023) – Karen Moon, DPM, AACFAS has been made partner at Upperline Health, the nation’s largest provider group dedicated to lower extremity care. Dr. Moon practices as a physician and surgeon at Upperline Health’s Daytona Beach and Orange City, Florida, locations.

About Dr. Moon

Dr. Karen Moon is a native of Fairland, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in multidisciplinary studies with an emphasis in Statistics from the University of Oklahoma. She is a graduate of the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, and she completed her surgical residency training at Emory Decatur Hospital in Decatur, Georgia.
