About Dr. Anthony Samaan
Dr. Anthony Samaan was born and raised in Southern California. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from California State University, Fullerton. He then went on to graduate with his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Samaan then returned home to Southern California where he completed his three year surgical and clinical residency with an added credential in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery with LA Downtown Medical Center, which included strong affiliations and time at Keck Hospital of USC, Kaiser South Bay/Harbor City, and Jerry L. Pettis Memorial Veterans’ Hospital in Loma Linda in the first two years. His entire third year was spent training within Kaiser Permanente hospitals in Ontario and Fontana, as Chief Resident, concentrating on elective, surgical trauma and limb salvage cases. He also has diversified training in general podiatric medicine and surgery, biomechanics, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, and sports medicine.
Dr. Samaan is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, American Podiatric Medical Association, and California Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Samaan enjoys quality time with friends and family, watching and playing sports, and exploring all that Southern California has to offer with his wife and daughter. Dr. Samaan feels blessed with the opportunity to provide care to his patients and especially looks forward to paying it forward.
